Independent consultancy
GP Guardian is an independent consultancy. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a financial adviser, or a claims authority of any kind.
No legal or financial advice
Nothing on this website is legal advice or financial product advice. Information here is general in nature and does not take your circumstances into account. Where legal action is the right path for a matter, we refer clients to independent legal practitioners.
No affiliation
We are not connected to, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any regulator, ombudsman, government body, bank, card network or trading platform. References to complaint channels describe processes that exist independently of us.
You can act directly
Most official complaint channels — including a platform's internal dispute process, bank dispute processes and external complaint bodies — can be used by individuals directly and free of charge. Using a consultancy is a choice, not a requirement. Part of our free review is telling you honestly whether professional help adds value in your case.
No guaranteed outcomes
Every matter is different. Results depend on the facts, the evidence available, the platform involved and the jurisdiction. We do not guarantee any outcome or timeframe, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise of results.
Fees
The initial case review is free. Any fee for further work is set out in a written engagement agreement before work begins. We never request payment outside a written agreement.
