About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the free case review we offer through it. Any paid work is governed by a separate written engagement agreement — nothing on this website creates a paid engagement by itself.
What we are — and what we are not
- We are an independent consultancy. We help clients prepare, organise and pursue disputes with investment platforms through official channels.
- We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. Where litigation is appropriate, we refer you to independent legal practitioners.
- We do not provide financial product advice, and nothing on this site is advice about investing.
- We are not connected to, or endorsed by, any regulator, ombudsman, bank, card network or trading platform.
The free case review
The case review is free and creates no obligation on you or on us. After reviewing your enquiry we may offer you an engagement, ask for more information, or tell you that we cannot help. We are not obliged to accept any matter.
Fees
We never ask for payment before a written engagement agreement is in place. Any fees are set out in that agreement before work begins. If anyone claiming to represent GP Guardian requests payment outside a written agreement, do not pay and contact us at support@gp-guardian.com.
No guarantees
Every matter depends on its own facts, evidence, the platform involved and the jurisdiction. We do not guarantee any outcome, timeframe or result, on this website or anywhere else.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is true and complete to the best of your knowledge, and to tell us promptly if anything changes. Our work relies on the accuracy of what you share with us.

Content on this website is general information only and may change without notice. The site design, text and branding belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
